Experienced course developer, trainer and mediator. Will conduct needs assessments in corporate or small business organizations to evaluate current training programs. If a needs assessment is requested, I will evaluate both technical and policy training as requested. If an assessment reveals weaknesses in employee morale, training programs and/or policies’ these programs will be evaluated, rewritten and training can be provided. In areas where policy and/or training materials have not been developed; the program will be written specific to each organizational issue. If training is needed that can be provided as well as training an employee to continue, “train the trainer”.
